License Renewal - Wallet Cards

The Medical Board has discontinued issuing wallet cards effective in late September.

If you renewed your license between September 29 and December 14 there is not a way to obtain one. The only way for you or your employer to verify the status of your license is by going to https://elicense.ohio.gov  and click on the License Lookup.

If you renewed your license after December 14, you should have received a confirmation email that has a replica of a wallet card at the bottom of the letter.

Everyone should receive a wallet card replica when you renew in 2018.
