- Identify the special dietary needs of growing infants and children
- Discuss the socioeconomic stressors and control of "big food" driving poor nutrition in the US
- Describe the short and long term consequences of poor nutrition during childhood
Speaker Biography:
Dr. Ann Crickard is a pediatrician who graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and trained at Doctor’s Hospital and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She currently serves as Medical Director and Assistant Clinical Professor at the Ohio University Physician Assistant Program and offers child and adolescent counseling at Lumin Therapy. Her primary focus is the wholistic care of the child and adolescent.
