JobDescription..... A full-time position is currently available for a Physician Assistant at Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Mt. Orab and Bethel Ohio locations. The candidate will possess the ability and experience to perform the necessary services to support an urgent care, occupational medicine and primary care facilities. The Physician Assistant will possess the ability to effectively interact with patients/customers. The incumbent will ensure quality of patient care by utilizing established standards of care for general medical and/or urgent care patients and coordination of services with physicians. Individual must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Education:
Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and/or Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Licensed as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Ohio.
At a minimum provisional prescriptive authority through the State of Ohio.
BLS Certified.
Experience:
2+ to 5 years of experience.
Experience in a primary care facility will be a strong advantage.
Candidates must have pediatric experience.
Leadership/management experience with demonstrated success.
