JobDescription..... Premier HealthNet, Premier Health Specialists and Upper Valley Professional Corporation are the region’s largest physician network, serving communities in the greater Dayton and Southwest Ohio areas.
We currently have a variety of immediate openings available for full time, licensed and well qualified Physician Assistants.
Candidates must be self-motivated and have a proven ability to work effectively as a key contributor to the team. It is essential that applicants are able to work under minimal supervision in the assessment, planning and administration of patient care, including both during the day and after hours.
Applicants will have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with knowledge of electronic medical records.
Applicants will show exceptional interpersonal skills with colleagues, physicians, patients and their families. The ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other allied health personnel in both the hospital and office settings will be essential.
Applicants will have current licensure in the State of Ohio. Knowledge of pharmacology as it relates to health care practice is required. Current prescriptive authority is required in some instances, others preferred.
Applicants must be nationally certified as a PA and will hold a Master's degree.
