JobDescription..... Exceptional opportunity to join a growing, well-established emergency medicine group with an opening for a full-time PA.
Stark County Emergency Physicians staffs a 65,000 volume ED and a 30,000 volume Urgent Care. The ED is nationally recognized as the first-ever fully accredited chest pain center in the US, and is also a level II trauma center and stroke center.

Our PA's are an integral part of our heath care team and have an active role in the diagnosis, testing and treatment of almost all emergency patients in the main ED, Fast Track and triage settings. In addition, our PA's routinely perform complex procedures like laceration repair, abscess drainage, lumbar puncture, central line insertion, joint aspiration, etc.
Prior ED and procedural experience is a plus, but the desire to actively manage patients in a high volume, high acuity ED is more important.
