Official Notice of the OAPA Annual Member Meeting

November 17, 2026, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Zoom

All OAPA members are invited to attend the upcoming OAPA Annual Member Meeting on Tuesday, November 17, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Zoom.

Led by President Madeline Meyers and other OAPA leaders, the meeting will include OAPA's strategic goals, financial overview, upcoming events, a legislative update, and more.

Per OAPA Article V, Section 1 of the OAPA Bylaws:

There shall be an annual meeting of members to be held at such time and place (in person or electronically) as may be determined by the Board and shall be held for the purpose of transacting such business as may properly come before said meeting. Notice of the place, date, and time of the annual meeting shall be given to members at least 30 days before the meeting date. Notice may be delivered by electronic means.
